[PEP TALK] The POWER of a TOUGH conversation

Today’s episode is about having tough conversations. We often look at the negatives of a tough conversation, but on the other side of that conversation is an opportunity for GROWTH. We usually know when we need to make a decision on something, or talk to someone about something hard, but we avoid it because we think its more comfortable to avoid it and stay comfortable with what we already know, but eventually you can’t shove that feeling down. This applies in all aspects of life, including your relationship, your family, your friends, your career, your business, or anything going on in your world. I think this is going to be a powerful reminder that is going to help you navigate those tough conversations.
