[HIS & HER] Is it time to QUIT? A convo on the 3 TYPES of QUITTING!

In today’s episode I brought on my husband Seena to talk about 3 types of QUITTING! Seena and I both have very different perspectives on how we approach goals, and how we feel about what QUITTING means. I think you guys are really going to vibe with hearing Seena and I’s perspective on realigning, redefining what FAILING means for each of us, how we each navigate resistance, and when we choose to take resistance as a sign to MOVE ON or LEAN IN to the goal. We are going to break down three different ways we've each navigated a season where it was time to quit, and if YOU'RE in a season where you're questioning if you should quit or not, this is going to be for you!

As mentioned in this episode:
